Position Summary 

We’re seeking a full-time Brand Partnerships Supervisor for our Los Angeles-based corporate office.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase CA engagement, loyalty, and active participation in SHEIN marketing campaigns
  • Lead recruitment efforts to expand and diversify the campus ambassador network across universities
  • Plan, host, and manage ambassador events that boost brand awareness and foster a connected community
  • Oversee ambassador performance tracking and program metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage and implement ambassador incentive programs, including commissions, event invitations, and other benefits to motivate and reward ambassadors
  • Support ambassador growth through tier progression and ensure ambassadors feel valued and supported in their role

 Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in program management, campus marketing, or community engagement roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with campus organizations, student networks, and event planning is a plus 
  • Proven track record of successfully managing ambassador, influencer, or grassroots marketing programs
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of ambassadors 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking program performance and making data-informed decisions
  • Ability to plan and execute events, campaigns, and recruitment initiatives effectively
  • Familiarity with youth and campus culture trends, and an understanding of how to engage and grow college student communities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment 
  • Passion for fashion, social media, and brand advocacy is a plus

$80,000 - $90,000 USD
