Position Summary
We’re seeking a full-time Project Market Research Specialist for our Los Angeles-based corporate office, who will focus on Marketing Research and will be responsible for market trend research and forecasting for the US Brand Marketing division. The candidate will report to the Director of Project Management in a fast-paced working environment. Our ideal candidate will be adept at using data to identify upcoming marketing trends, collaborating with cross-functional partners and creating strategies that drive the success of the business. Your data-driven insights will inform collection themes and seasonal strategies to ensure our vision resonate with customers and achieve sales targets.

Job Responsibilities
- Strong Quantitative and Analytical Skills
- Model and interpret ROI on marketing campaigns, evaluate budget efficiency, and forecast sales performance based on campaign results.
- Analyze how different demographics respond to seasonal collections and influencer partnerships.
- Analyze trends, consumer behavior patterns, and market research to strategize.
- Strategic Insights
- Evaluate the financial impact of branding decisions such as, influencer partnerships and new product lines.
- Assist in building proposals and briefs for campaigns to ensure our story telling and creativity aligns with our business goals.
- Apply market analysis and financial evaluation to assess the business impact of branding decisions.
- Data analysis and Performance Recaps
- Synthesize data and provide clear insights on performance across our social platforms.
- Evaluate sales trends, consumer feedback, and market data to identify top-performing and underperforming products.
- Develop clear, data-driven reports and presentations summarizing collection performance, offering strategic insights and recommendations for future launches.
- Leverage quantitative and econometric tools to monitor performance trends, identify growth opportunities, and refine marketing strategies.
- Collaboration with Designers & Cross-Functional Teams
- Provide input and feedback to marketing teams throughout the brand development process, helping to shape a brand that resonates with our target audience and meet sales objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure the products align with the overall brand messaging and marketing campaigns.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Fashion, Fashion Merchandising, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fashion and/or fashion merchandising, trend forecasting, or product development within the fashion industry.

Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar) to drive decision-making.

Proven ability to forecast trends and create successful merchandising strategies that meet sales and customer needs.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership.

A keen eye for fashion trends, strong understanding of the fashion lifecycle, and a deep passion for the industry.

$70,000 - $77,200 USD
