Summary
The Fulfillment, Associate - supports the Fulfillment Services team by accurately processing, preparing, assembling and shipping orders for clients. This role ensures orders are completed according to client specifications while maintaining inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill daily order supplies and equipment, receive incoming supplies and maintain inventory.
- Must be able to work independently in fast paced department and keep to tight deadlines even when under pressure.
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Ability to solve practical problems and ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Operate the warehouse management system to manage inventory and order tracking.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Assemble POS equipment.
- Test, package and ship credit card equipment, POS equipment, peripherals and supplies
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Qualifications
- High School diploma / GED required.
- 1-5 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience.
- Position requires frequent lifting of boxes of 10 -20 lbs from floor to desk to shoulder height, occasional lifting up to 30 lbs from floor to desk to shoulder height, and on occasion lifting up to 50lbs.
- Utilize effective time management skills, work effectively under pressure and set personal deadlines, while working with limited supervision.
- Ability to load and unload product shipments, wrap pallets and operation of hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Meet acceptable attendance and performance standards.
- Experience with Inventory Management systems is a plus
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30 – 4:30 PST
