About the role…
Our onboarding team is growing!
ShopMy’s Onboarding team facilitates a seamless integration of luxury brands onto ShopMy's SaaS platform. As a member of this team, you manage the onboarding of multiple brands concurrently and effectively prioritize action items through technical implementations. Additionally, you are expected to provide clients strategic guidance in achieving optimal outcomes during the critical initial stages of their ShopMy partnership.
The compensation for this role will be between $90,000-$130,000 annually.
Responsibilities..
- Create, establish, refine and iterate our implementation process to accommodate scale
- Nurture client relationships from the point of sale to the "go-live" date (2-8 weeks), ensuring a smooth handoff to the Client Strategy team
- Multi-task effectively, managing multiple accounts with the highest level of care
- Connect the dots on feedback and bugs, escalating to our engineering team promptly
- Champion a culture of transparency and alignment through the onboarding process and implementation period
- Guide clients on platform utilization and provide insights into the early stages of their partnership journey
- Above all else- make sure client’s needs are comprehensively met during this pivotal time with ShopMy’s team
Our non negotiables…
- 5+ years of experience in onboarding implementation in SaaS or e-comm field
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Technical expertise to understand back-end integrations and liaise between ENG and clients
- Expert level understanding of Microsoft Excel
- A history of thinking bigger picture, connecting dots, and being service-oriented
- Incredible note taking skills with high attention to detail- little things matter!
- Ability to provide a welcoming environment for new clients with vigor and excitement
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills

New York Pay Range
$90,000 - $130,000 USD
