As a Sales Associate, you’ll be at the heart of delivering an exceptional client experience, making every shopping moment memorable. You’ll build strong relationships with customers, curate personalized styling experiences, and bring fashion to life through your passion and expertise. From assisting with wardrobe selections to creating an inviting and inclusive shopping environment, you’ll play a key role in inspiring confidence and self-expression through style. 
In this role, you’ll also contribute to the daily operations of the store, ensuring seamless efficiency on the sales floor and behind the scenes. Whether you’re maintaining visual standards, supporting your colleagues, or sharing your deep knowledge of our exclusive collections, your contributions will shape a dynamic and engaging shopping experience. 
 
What You’ll Do:  
 
Client Experience & Styling 
  • Create a welcoming, elevated shopping experience with expert fashion advice. 
  • Style clients with personalized wardrobe selections and full-range product recommendations. 
Client Relationships & Loyalty 
  • Build and maintain a client book, fostering long-term relationships. 
  • Encourage repeat visits through personalized follow-ups and exclusive offers. 
Brand Education & Engagement 
  • Share insights on collections, craftsmanship, and brand heritage. 
  • Guide clients through their shopping journey, ensuring a meaningful brand connection. 
Store Operations & Visual Merchandising 
  • Support daily operations, including visual merchandising and floor maintenance. 
  • Ensure stock is replenished and the store remains organized and inviting. 
Sales & Team Collaboration 
  • Drive sales, achieve personal and team goals, and support a thriving workplace culture. 
  • Work closely with the team to create a motivating, results-oriented environment. 
Customer Service & Problem Solving 
  • Address customer concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty. 
  • Provide solutions that enhance the overall client experience. 
Who You Are: 
  • 1+ years of customer service or retail experience, preferably in a fashion-forward environment. 
  • Passionate about styling, fashion, and delivering an exceptional client experience. 
  • A strong communicator—friendly, engaging, and skilled at building relationships. 
  • A team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset. 
  • Social media savvy (a plus, but not required). 
  • Adaptable and flexible to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting. 
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required
