Senior IAM(Identity Access Management) Engineer (d/f/m) at Solaris

Your Role

  • You have experience in Identity and Access management and a very good understanding of the fundamental principles
  • You have an engineering background, and experience with automations and similar tooling
  • You have architectural experience, and are familiar with a cloud environment
  • You understand and have some experience with Infrastructure as Code
  • You understand SSO platforms, authentication mechanisms
  • You have Okta, Active Directory and M365 experience
  • Expertise in one or more identity and access management domains, such as authorisation, authentication, etc. It is advantageous to have knowledge of industry-standard security principles and protocols such as RBAC, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM, and SAML.
  • A thorough understanding of all the steps involved in the end-to-end IAM lifecycle, including identity management, revocation, provision and deprovision, approval of access requests and segregation of duties.
  • You have solid experience on setting up monitoring solutions
  • You are curious how things work (or break), and you're able to quickly grasp a problem when it occurs
  • You understand agile workflows and lean principles and you know how to apply them
  • You have a sound understanding of best practices that make services and infrastructures resilient and scalable
  • You are a proactive peer and help the people around you to grow and learn from your experience
  • You are a curious, constant learner and share your knowledge in a likeable way
  • You know how to keep a work-life balance
  • You communicate well in written and verbal English
