Analytics Manager - People & Organisation (d/f/m) at Solaris

Your Role

  • Prepares P&O Reporting to be submitted to the Senior Management on a monthly basis (People KPIs, like HC, FTE, Attrition, Hiring)
  • Keeps functional KPIs up to date and discusses trends and implications with the respective Strategic Leadership Partner
  • Carries out the Company Survey, analyses the results and discusses them with the Strategic Leadership Team
  • Is accountable for the FTE planning in alignment with the Controlling Function, Talent Acquisition and the Strategic Leadership Team
  • Analyses trends, and provides insights to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
  • 2-4 years of progressive Analytics experience, preferably in the field of People and Organization.
  • Knowledge of Company Surveys
  • Proven track record in Analytics and in delivering impactful results, e.g. visualizations and insights
  • Ability to effectively manage projects and tool knowledge (e.g. Personio, Leapsome, Confluence, other reporting tools like Tableau)
  • Having worked in a fast paced Tech Company is a plus.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to analyse complex situations, identify innovative solutions, and think strategically.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
