Tax Specialist (d/f/m) at Solaris

Your Role 

  • You are responsible for all tax related topics in Solaris
    group - For support you have access to various consultants
    for the different topics
  • You are responsible for the tax issues between Solaris, its
    subsidiaries and branches and the preparation and filing of
    tax returns
  • The focus is on building robust processes to meet the
    various tax requirements
  • In addition, you will advise our business units on the tax
    treatment of new financial products
  • You liaise with the auditors (internal and external) and
    provide documentation as requested.

  • Graduate education degree, business
    economics/administration with a focus on Tax/Accounting
  • 5 years of tax related working experience in Finance,
    Accounting or Auditing
  • Strong understanding of applicable Accounting and Tax
    Standards (IFRS, HGB, German Tax Law)
  • Comprehensive experience with Excel & PowerPoint
  • Fluent in german and advanced in German Tax knowledge
  • English is a plus
