Manager, Master Data Governance

The position will report to Senior Manager, Inventory Control & Master Data Governance and will partner with various stakeholders to support our Global Master Data Management needs, which include but are not limited to; building best practices, implementing new procedure and policy and management of all internal Master Data objects.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of Master Data Governance strategy, implementation, rules and standard practices to ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of master data across the organization.
- Work closely with business leaders to ensure alignment on master data requirements and proper data stewardship by creating and implementing clear roles and responsibilities
- Implement data quality controls and processes to ensure data integrity and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Define and manage key data governance metrics and KPIs to track data quality and governance protocols.
- Promote a culture of data governance across the organization by providing training and guidance to business leaders to drive adherence of master data governance policies.
- Continuously assess and improve data governance processes to adapt to changing business needs, technologies, and regulatory environments.
- Advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization by ensuring that clean, secure, and compliant data is available for analysis and reporting.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related fields
- 1-2+ years’ experience in Operations and Supply Chain
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Attention to detail – must analyze many pieces of data and shipping routes, which requires good attention to detail
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to operate effectively and efficiently on a somewhat independent level
- A strong business sense and experience operating in small to medium-sized business environment
- SAP experience is preferred
- Beauty Industry experience is preferred

Salary Range
$90,000 - $100,000 USD
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
