What You’ll Do
Sol de Janeiro is a global brand that is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Corporate Card Administrator to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the Company’s travel and expense program and corporate card administration. The Administrator will play a key role in expense reporting compliance, data analysis, process improvements, and supporting employees with T&E policies and tools. This position will also contribute to broader finance operations by supporting accounts payable activities as needed.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Review and process employee expense reports in Concur, ensuring compliance with the Company’s corporate travel and expense policies.
- Oversee all aspects of corporate card administration, including issuing, canceling, and maintaining cards, and addressing internal cardholder issues.
- Record expenses into the ERP system with proper reconciliation to transaction sources such as Amex and bank records.
- Obtain the appropriate levels of approval and ensure that the Company’s policies and procedures for reimbursements are followed before processing payment.
- Onboard and offboard all employees in Concur in collaboration with HR; coordinate all appropriate training and communication.
- Oversee the Corporate Card inbox, ensuring timely responses to all inquiries.
- Provide monthly T&E dashboards by function and level, benchmarking spend trends, flagging anomalies and ultimately reporting to leadership.
- Lead automation and efficiency initiatives around T&E by partnering with IT/Procurement to refine systems tools and workflows.
- Solicit feedback from frequent travelers and admins to improve experience.
- Generate spend analyses to evaluate program effectiveness and drive process improvements.
- Maintain and update T&E policies in accordance with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Assist the Accounts Payable team with invoice review and approval, vendor statement reconciliations, vendor onboarding, and bill processing as needed.
- Special projects as assigned.
Must Haves
- Highly proficient in SAP Concur
- Strong analytical and communication skills both oral and written
- Fluent in data reconciliation
- Familiarity with ERP system such as NetSuite, SAP etc.
- Advanced Excel skills i.e., ability to process large volumes of data and render in summary
A self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, delivering quality results in a timely manner

Salary Range
$80,000 - $95,000 USD
