Role Overview: 

Join the world-class team at PlayStation as a Data Quality Analyst in our Consumer Experience (CX) division. This role is uniquely positioned to support and lead global critical metrics, ensuring PlayStation's dedication to outstanding post-purchase customer care, hardware technical services, and platform support.

What you'll be doing:

As a Data Quality Analyst, you will:

  • Support with the management of CX Quality Management System reporting on important metrics worldwide.
  • Coordinate and lead the CX critical metric data governance meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with our organizational performance policies in all third-party contracts.
  • Collaborate with various partners to ensure performance is met and improve operations to meet contractual obligations and organizational goals.
  • Monitor performance of critical metrics and discuss with individuals their performance responsibilities.
  • Maintain accurate and reliable data assets.
  • Support product market issues and root cause analysis.
  • Establish standards/metrics and monitor quality metrics.
  • Assist the lead with data analysis, reporting, and data visualization.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports for executive presentations.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Provide insights to support improvements in CX operations and central initiatives.
  • Maintain positive relationships with key partners within Consumer Experience and other internal teams and external third parties.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years proven track record as an analyst presenting data.
  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in statistics, information systems, or a related field with experience.
  • Strong understanding of data governance to assist in enforcing data quality standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify trends and assist in implementing improvement strategies.
  • Experience crafting critical metric dashboards and data reporting.
  • Proficiency in analytic tools and systems.
  • Proficiency in data management, including data assessment, validation, transformation, and integration.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams worldwide to resolve issues.
  • Capability to work effectively and professionally with senior partners.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and highly organised.
