This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape strategy, drive execution, and guide senior product managers working across the entire game production lifecycle. You’ll mentor top talent, champion the needs of developers and publishers, and make decisions that affect millions of creators and players around the world. We’re investing heavily in our creator-facing platforms, and your vision will help us meet the evolving demands of our partners. You’ll work closely with design, research, engineering, operations, and platform teams around the globe in a collaborative, customer-first environment grounded in evidence and discovery.

You will:

  • Lead and develop a team of senior-level product managers
  • Establish new and enhance existing product management methodologies within your team and across the department
  • Partner with engineering and design leads to define strategy and direction for creator-focused tools, SDKs, APIs, and platforms
  • Lead a globally-recognized key program delivering against that strategy
  • Align US product priorities with global leadership to support and extend a global, cohesive roadmap
  • Mentor your team in product thinking and execution, fostering consistently high-quality outcomes
  • Engage with executive team members and peers across the PlayStation organization
  • Build a strong, purposeful team culture emphasizing trust, autonomy, and performance

You have:

  • Proven experience in product management, including 2+ years leading high-performing product teams
  • A strong desire to see things from the customer’s perspective, leading teams through a robust discovery process
  • A clear, confident communication style and can explain product strategy, decision rationale, and process to a range of audiences, including senior leadership
  • Experience raising product maturity across organizations, having made a clear difference to ways of working and company culture
  • A track record of delivering complex technical platforms or creator-facing tools in the gaming, digital entertainment, or software industries
  • Familiarity with how games are made and published across different platforms
  • Strong leadership skills working with cross-functional teams and aligning across timezones, especially with business customers.
  • Experience operating at scale and influencing strategic decisions
  • The ability to travel internationally 3-4 times per year, as business requires

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.

$165,300 - $247,900 USD
