Job Purpose

Drives the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives that advance strategic priorities by supporting enablement and readiness activities associated with communication, training, analysis, and operational readiness.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Substantial background in program and/or change management at a senior or staff capacity, guiding intricate, cross-departmental projects to favorable results.
  • Able to operate in both strategic and execution levels by defining program structure, governance, and coordinate success metrics while ensuring effective delivery of day-to-day initiatives.
  • Extensive experience in coordinating collaboration, implementing risk mitigation strategies, prioritizing programs, and leading all aspects of deliveries.
  • Proven success managing and coordinating multi-functional teams across global environments to translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, capable of persuading and coordinating collaborators at all levels, including executives.
  • Work autonomously and take initiative in fast-paced, uncertain situations, with a strong focus on delivering and embracing new approaches.
  • Highly data-driven and analytical, with advanced planning capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to build executive-ready reporting.
  • Proficiency in process optimization, critical thinking, and iterative refinement, showcasing a solid history of improving delivery frameworks.
  • Creative, self-starting approach with a proactive, delivery-focused, and adoption-aware attitude.
  • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines in a dynamic, evolving, global organization.
  • Able to communicate and operate effectively at the senior leadership level within SIE.
  • Working knowledge of game development and publishing processes is a plus.

Desirable

  • Demonstrate ability to manage a portfolio of programs and projects associated with partner B2B relationships and experiences ensuring alignment to strategic objectives, resource allocation, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to integrate program management discipline with change management practices to deliver initiatives while ensuring stakeholder alignment, adoption, and sustained business outcomes.

Key responsibilities & scope for decision making

Coordinate & Support

  • Manage integrated programs and workstreams spanning communications, training, operational readiness, and business analysis across global enterprise that support internal initiatives and B2B activities.
  • Previously- Build models that bring these capabilities together into a unified, high-performing support structure for program success.

Program Delivery

  • Drive delivery of large-scale, strategic programs with complex, global dependencies.
  • Apply advanced practices in risk management, dependency mapping, coordinated scheduling, and tracking.
  • Translate strategic objectives into executable plans while balancing adoption and delivery needs.
  • Offer clear reporting and insights to executives, sponsors, and collaborators.

Elevate Program Management Practices

  • Establish and maintain a central knowledge repository for program management within change efforts, establishing the standard for delivery frameworks, guides, and approaches applicable across the organization.
  • Introduce new delivery approaches that combine program implementation and empowerment to improve how PlayStation promotes B2B experiences.
  • Lead post-project analyses and ongoing enhancement efforts to boost the results achieved by the Strategic Enablement & Adoption team.

Key performance indicators

The individual will be measured on:

  • Successful completion of significant projects with measurable results and collaborator approval.
  • Making adoption improvements measurable through initiatives centered around change.
  • Organizational understanding and use of CoE frameworks and tools.
  • Positive engagement from GDFT leadership on delivery quality.
  • Successful growth and management of team capabilities.
  • Identifies and implements process enhancements to improve program execution, reporting accuracy, and delivery efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively, across regions and org boundaries in both a virtual and in-office environments.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.

$134,900 - $202,300 USD
