Senior Supervisor/Assistant Manager, Business Development (one-year contract) (Columbia)

What you'll do:

• Develop multi-collaboration deals with new artists/platforms/labels/partners
• Maintain the partnership with key business partners
• Support in the rollout of digital- and streaming related activities in China.
• Assist in solving operations, reporting, technology, and business issues to ensure efficiency.
• Project and partner evaluation in time, and ensure that the Sony Music’s interests are always maximized
• Project management across various activities related to the partner. 
  i)    This could include supporting content strategies, reporting integration, ongoing analysis of partner performance, problem solving, etc.
  ii)    Support the Partner Development team in developing & implementing long term strategy for optimizing outcomes with allocated partners, including cross-partner initiatives.
  iii)    Build strong relationships with key contacts at allocated partners.
• Operation, include contract, production, artwork and marketing coordination, etc.

Who you are:

• Experience in the music market, particularly in the hit song area.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experiences
• Have good relations and resources with other labels, studios, platforms and artists.
• Fast learning, self-motivation and result-driven, resilient to pressure with multi-task.
• Fluent in English.
