Assistant Manager, New Business, Branding Development
This role is to explore and coordinate branding projects to commercialize SMET’s artists and music.
Success in maintaining good relationships with agencies and clients to bring new business opportunities.
Passionate and result driven by building great branding and sponsorships opportunities for SMET’s artists and music.
What you'll do:
- According to artist/music strategy and promotion idea, identify and pitch sponsorship, endorsement, collaboration opportunities to brand clients;
- Coordinate multiple brand projects and communicate internally and externally;
- Explore innovative new business growth strategies locally and regionally;
- Track and analyze industry trends and competitor activity;
- Measure and report performance of all projects, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) to regional and local offices periodically
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree required, must have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in business development, sales, advertising, PR, media buy, event management, entertainment, or related field.
- Resourceful and has good relationships with PR, advertising, media buy agencies, and brands.
- Coordinating and anticipating projects is needed with good communication & presentation skills.
- Flexibility to learn with a positive attitude and ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast learning, self-motivation and result-driven, resilient to pressure with multi-task.
- Enthusiastic and skilled in strategic planning and project management.
- Good at independent thinking, detail-oriented and cooperative brainstorming.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint skills are a must.
- Proficiency in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
