Digital Sales Manager

As the Digital Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the growth of Digital Sales Revenue through Digital Streaming Partners (DSP).

You will create strategic plans and campaign in order to push Sony Music Indonesia's tracks on DSPs, ensuring our tracks are prominently featured and properly presented.

You will also analyze streaming data, chart movements and trends while creating a weekly report to support strategy and related actions.

 

What You'll Do:

•    Meet the overall Revenue targets set by the Global team.
•    Build and maintain excellent relationship with all DSP Partners in order to ensure visibility of our tracks on their platforms.
•    Come up with creative and strategic campaigns to push Sony Music Indonesia Artists/Tracks on the DSP Platforms.
•    Create weekly report based on tracks data and provide action items in order to capitalize on the moment.
•    Lead the digital sales team and support their overall growth.

 

Who You Are:

•    Have at least 5 years of experience in the Music industry. Understanding Local Music Business operations is preferred.
•    A critical thinker that can create a strategy and/or campaign to boost the performances of our tracks on partner platforms.
•    Able to understand data provided by our partners and create a framework and strategy accordingly.
•    Have initiative and you are willing to help, you are agile and ready to work under pressure and to promote teamwork.
•    A Leader that can guide your team to new heights.
