We’re looking for a Talent Operations Manager to join our People & Culture team. This role is ideal for a hands-on recruitment leader who thrives on building scalable processes, implementing tools end-to-end, and optimizing how Talent Acquisition operates. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our systems, workflows, and reporting infrastructure enable efficient, data-driven hiring decisions.

StackAdapt is a remote first company. We will be prioritizing candidates located in Canada (Toronto preferred) for this role.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and improve Talent Acquisition processes across the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to coordinating to onboarding transition.
- Lead the implementation, optimization, and adoption of recruitment tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, candidate experience tech) from evaluation to roll-out.
- Negotiate our contracts with existing partners, optimizing the Talent Acquisition tech stack.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to identify pain points, then design scalable solutions to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Build reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide actionable insights into hiring performance and pipeline health, driving the team to a continuous improvement model.
- Ensure compliance and consistency in recruitment operations globally, including documentation, audits, and training.
- Stay on top of industry best practices and proactively introduce innovative approaches to Talent Acquisition keep candidate and hiring manager experience at the forefront.
What you’ll bring to the table
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a recruitment operations or process improvement direct team leadership role.
- Direct management experience, overseeing Recruiters and Coordinators
- Proven technical experience with a record of implementing new TA systems or tools (e.g., ATS migrations, sourcing platforms, CRM, scheduling tools).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure outcomes.
- Strong coaching and enablement ability to explain complex data or technical concepts to non-technical profiles.
- Excellent project management abilities; able to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines while prioritizing across several projects.
- Strong communication and change management skills with the ability to influence across teams generating buy in and adoption of new processes and tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
