Position Overview 

We’re hiring a Senior Manager of Performance Media to lead the execution and optimization of media efforts that directly drive revenue for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business. This role owns paid media strategy across Meta, Google, DSP, and Streaming TV with a specific focus on mid- and lower-funnel performance and shape how we drive conversion at scale.

Partner with media agency for growth, lead an associate, and collaborate with teams to support DTC business goals. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong financial and data competence, a proactive approach, and the skill to transform insights into action.

Remote flexibility but must be based in the Seattle Metro Area or Chicago Metro Area.

  What You'll Do 

  • Lead DTC Performance Media Strategy. Own the mid- and lower-funnel media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, DSP, and Streaming TV to drive online sales and maximize ROAS.
  • Revenue Accountability & Budget Management. Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting in collaboration with Finance. Ensure media investments deliver revenue impact and meet DTC sales targets.
  • Agency Management. Serve as the day-to-day lead with our media agency, ensuring tight execution, strategic alignment, and accountability to performance goals.
  • Team Leadership. Lead and mentor an associate, encouraging skill development and delivering on executional excellence.
  • Reporting & Insights. Monitor daily/weekly performance, uncover trends, and clearly communicate actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration. Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to align on campaign briefs, performance needs, and creative strategy. Share findings to drive broader marketing impact.
  • Growth & Testing. Identify testing opportunities across platforms, audiences, and creative to unlock new performance levers.

  Who You Are 

  • 8+ years of performance marketing or paid media experience, ideally supporting a DTC or equivalent experience
  • Proven success leading Meta and Google campaigns; DSP and Streaming TV experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4 and Shopify; comfortable analyzing performance across the full funnel
  • High financial and analytical acumen—able to build forecasts, manage budgets, and tie media spend to business outcomes
  • Experience running talent and external agencies
  • Excellent communicator who can synthesize performance data and influence cross-functional teams
  • Strategic, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Proficient in Excel/GA4/Mixed Media Modeling; familiarity with BI tools and Salesforce experience is a plus

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Salary Range

$130,000 - $160,000 USD
