Senior Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure & Platform
This role will be based in our San Francisco office with a hybrid in-office work requirement of at least 3 days per week.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of large infrastructure & platform programs and initiatives, guiding them from ideation through implementation, launch, and post-launch performance monitoring.
- Act as the central connector across diverse, cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration among remote teams spanning multiple time zones, facilitating decision-making, and driving successful program delivery.
- Manage clear and consistent program communications with stakeholders at all levels across the organization, fostering transparency and ensuring timely updates and information sharing.
- Anticipate potential risks and proactively mitigate them by conducting thorough assessments to evaluate if implementation plans align with requirements and meet strategic infrastructure & platformobjectives.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for any issues related to assigned infrastructure and platform programs, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption.
- Establish and enhance technical and operational processes that allow infrastructure and platform programs and teams to function with high efficiency and reliability.
- Leverage and demonstrate proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Airtable, and other technological solutions to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and optimize program and team efficiency.
