Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to drive the talent acquisition strategy for our growing team. This role is instrumental in identifying, engaging, and securing top technical talent who share our commitment to innovation and mission-driven work. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, outcome-focused, and skilled at navigating complexity to support a diverse set of hiring needs. In addition to recruiting, you'll play a key role in supporting initiatives that strengthen our people strategy and contribute to long-term organizational success and mission-driven objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on technical roles, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Talent Strategy Development: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs, establish talent benchmarks, and create a proactive talent pipeline strategy aligned with our growth goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted partner to leadership and hiring teams, advising on market trends, candidate quality, and hiring best practices.
  • Candidate Engagement: Develop tailored approaches for sourcing and nurturing candidates, building rapport and showcasing Strider’s mission and unique company culture.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine recruiting practices to enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and optimize for quality hires.
  • Flexibility and Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to support People Operations initiatives, demonstrating resourcefulness and adaptability in contributing to projects across the team.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably in technology, intelligence, or security-focused industries.
  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and manage ambiguity effectively in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to drive results while maintaining a candidate-centric approach.
  • Skilled at planning and aligning recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clarity, engagement, and effectiveness.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic setting, bringing flexibility to support broader People Operations projects as needed.
