
Corporate Counsel

Position Summary
Join our small legal team in furtherance of Strider’s mission to protect the ideals and innovations of the free world. We’re looking for someone who can analyze complicated situations and use a combination of strategic vision and legal expertise to find the right path forward for our product, customers, and team members. You will be involved in all areas of the business, with a focus on sales contracts and legal operations. You’ll draft and negotiate agreements, support cross-functional projects, and help shape policies and processes to enable Strider to manage risk and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, partnership agreements, vendor agreements.
- Advise leadership on deal terms, legal risks, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
- Develop and update policies, templates, and training for non-legal teams.
- Partner with business teams on deals, governance, and compliance.
- Manage outside counsel for specialized matters.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on ad hoc legal matters as needed, including privacy, transactions, government affairs, etc.
Key Qualifications
- J.D. and membership of a state Bar.
- 2–7 years of legal experience (in-house or at a recognized law firm).
- At least 2 years negotiating and drafting contracts in the tech industry.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality Proactive and able to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and build collaborative relationships.

- Expertise in GDPR or data privacy/security.
- Experience with complex technology agreements.
