• Collaborate with the Engineering Director on architecture design and implementation for new and existing products.
• Lead the development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including partners and customers, to gather feedback, define requirements, and ensure successful implementations.

• Proven experience in software development with strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
• Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and external client interactions.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and solve complex problems proactively.

• Experience with Kotlin and Spring Boot is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD practices, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern DevOps practices.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
