We have a long-term goal to make marketing on TV available to businesses of any size.

Tatari is looking for a Programmatic Media Associate to join the Programmatic buying team. In this role, you will work closely with our Programmatic Leads to launch and optimize programmatic campaigns and adhere to best practices in the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on planning, launching and optimizing programmatic media buys.
  • Work closely with the client strategy and analytics teams to drive campaign success. 
  • Develop media plans and campaign reports through the lens of Tatari’s proprietary outcome-based measurement strategies. 
  • QA campaign executions with programmatic trading teammates to ensure the highest quality operations. 
  • Participate in areas of Subject Matter Expertise (SME) related to data targeting, video inventory, algorithmic bidding and/or product management, among other areas of programmatic specialization. 
  • Contribute to the training of teammates on the best practices of Tatari’s programmatic offerings.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience with programmatic media-buying, including optimizing bid strategies.
  • Fluent in Ukrainian
  • Intermediate to advance English; you will interact with your US counterparts on a daily basis
  • Intermedia to advanced skill in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong aptitude for learning and adapting to new software
  • High degree of accountability and ownership – you are able to multitask and prioritize as needed
  • Willingness to take on technical projects and assist product leads in advancing our programmatic offering.
