Overview 
 We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior T&E Analyst to join our team as the Amex Program Administrator and Travel and Expense Operations SME. In this critical role, you will manage our American Express (Amex) programs, streamline expense processes through Concur, and leverage advanced analytical tools such as Cognos and Excel to drive strategic initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to optimize financial processes, improve operational efficiency, and play a key role in achieving the company’s strategic objectives 
 

Key Responsibilities  
 
1. Amex Program Management  
• Oversee all aspects of the company's Amex programs, including corporate cards, travel bookings, and expense reporting.  
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize Amex program efficiency and streamline workflows.  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to Amex usage. 
 
2. Concur Expense Administration  
• Act as the primary administrator for the Concur platform, managing user accounts, configurations, and system troubleshooting.  
• Process expense reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company guidelines.  
• Provide training and ongoing support to employees for Concur usage and resolve any related issues.  
 
3. Data Analysis and Reporting  
• Leverage tools such as Cognos and Excel to analyze expense data, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for improvement. 
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support strategic decision-making.  
• Create and maintain macros and automation tools in Excel to enhance reporting efficiency. 
 
4. Strategic Projects  
• Lead or contribute to initiatives aimed at optimizing financial processes, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency.  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.  
• Monitor project progress, proactively address risks, and ensure successful outcomes.  
 
5. Policy Compliance  
• Ensure adherence to company travel and expense policies as well as regulatory requirements.  
• Conduct periodic audits to identify discrepancies, fraud, or policy violations, and take appropriate corrective actions. 
 
Qualifications  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience in Amex/CITI program administration, expense management, and data analysis.  
• Expertise in Concur platform administration and reporting.  
• Advanced Excel skills, including creating and maintaining macros.  
• Proficiency in using Cognos or similar business intelligence tools.  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.  
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
