Your Role:
We are seeking a strategic and structured Enterprise AI Program Lead to drive the successful adoption, governance, and value realization of AI across the organization. This role will oversee enterprise-wide AI requests, AI factories, and roadmaps, lead the AI Council, and ensure responsible AI governance and compliance. The ideal candidate will serve as the connective tissue between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to craft hypotheses, prioritize initiatives, measure outcomes, and maximize the business value of AI investments.
Your Opportunity:
- Lead the execution of the enterprise AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Chair the AI Council and enable cross-functional collaboration between the business, digital solutions, product, engineering, data science, infosec, compliance, and legal.
- Partner with Governance, Risk, and Compliance teams to enforce Responsible AI policies and regulatory adherence.
- Oversee AI governance frameworks and ensure alignment with ethical principles, including transparency, privacy, and fairness.
- Establish and manage the end-to-end AI use case intake, evaluation, and prioritization process.
- Oversee AI initiative lifecycles from idea through implementation, ensuring delivery of measurable business outcomes.
- Manage the Enterprise AI roadmap, integrating cross-functional initiatives and resources.
- Direct AI Factories and delivery teams to ensure scalable, repeatable, and compliant AI implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to craft problem statements and data-driven hypotheses for AI use cases.
- Develop mechanisms to measure business impact, ROI, and adoption of AI solutions.
- Establish value realization frameworks and reporting models to track performance and guide investment decisions.
- Drive enterprise-wide AI fluency through training, workshops, and best practices.
- Promote responsible AI literacy and adoption across all levels of the organization.
- Serve as a thought leader and internal evangelist for AI innovation and responsible use.
- Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into actionable AI opportunities.
- Stay current on AI trends (LLMs, generative AI, MLOps, etc.) and drive innovation through internal education and external benchmarking.
- Present to leadership on progress, risks, investment needs, and the AI strategy’s business impact.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, AI/ML, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. MBA or equivalent strategic program leadership experience preferred.
- 10+ years in technology program management, with 5+ years leading enterprise AI or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, machine learning algorithms, generative AI, and AI ethics. Hands-on technical experience is a plus, but not required.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional programs, AI governance, and regulatory alignment.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including executive briefing and change leadership.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), AI delivery frameworks, and responsible AI best practices.

This is the base pay range for this position. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Employees are also eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay (commission for sales roles, bonus for non-sales roles), depending on company and individual performance. US Pay Ranges
$143,500 - $191,500 USD
