Vice President, Client Experience

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Lead, manage and accountable for key Employee Benefits personnel 
  • Achieve Employee Benefits business plan goals 
  • Understand client business needs; demonstrate advanced knowledge of client’s industry including terminology, trends, technology, challenges and government regulations; demonstrate the ability to match optimal insurance products to client’s unique business needs 
  • Oversee the development and implementation of initiatives that improve client relations and MJ brand loyalty 
  • Manage overall Employee Benefits operational process 

TECHNICAL FUNCTIONS

  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) 
  • Familiar with the use of an Agency Management System and Document Management System 

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience with client-facing customer service and/or marketing experience with an in-depth knowledge of the insurance brokerage business; preferably with self-funded benefit plans, medical stop loss and ancillary coverages 
  • Demonstrated skills:  problem-solving, sense of urgency, detail-oriented, excellent organizational and time management, follow through and ability to work independently  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional presentation skills
