Your role at Too Good To Go
As Associate Director for Global Partner Marketing reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), your role involves developing, leading and driving the global B2B Marketing and Trade Marketing (B2B2C) Vision, Strategy and Execution for Too Good To Go, across Marketplace, Too Good To Go Platform and Too Good To Go Parcels. You will play a crucial role in effectively targeting and engaging prospects and partners, leading to securing business-critical commercial and marketing partnerships at an international level.
You will…
- Partner Marketing Strategy: Develop, lead and drive the B2B Marketing and Trade Marketing (B2B2C) Vision and Strategy for Too Good To Go, across Marketplace,
Too Good To Go Platform and Too Good To Go Parcels.
- Identify trends and innovation opportunities while leading key strategic Partner Marketing initiatives that enhance the efficiency, impact, and scalability of our global and local efforts — with a specific focus on Platform Key Account acquisition and our In-Store Brand Vision.
- Global Joint Marketing: Define and deliver upon impactful B2B and B2B2C marketing plans with selected high-value Global FMCG and Retail Partner Brands to drive Partner Acquisition and Retention
- Act as the first point of call when Global Partners need to be engaged with.
- Global Campaign Integration: Integrate with global cross-functional Marketing teams for B2B and Trade Marketing amplification of global marketing campaigns and activations.
- Drive large-scale Too Good To Go campaign adoption by Key Partner channels, with the dual goal of increasing Too Good To Go's reach and credibility, while strengthening
Too Good To Go's relationship with the respective partners.
- Local Partner Marketing Enablement: Support, guide and nurture a high-performing Glo/cal Partner Marketing community through Processes, Tools, Excellence Forums and ongoing engagement.
- Ensure cascade of learnings, recommendations and scalable assets to enable local teams to continuously raise the bar with regards B2B and B2B2C plans.
- Support local Partner Marketing efforts for the highest Meal Saved-/ highest parcel-saved Accounts or Prospects internationally.
- B2B Product Marketing: Collaboratively develop, refine, and optimise marketing plans to engage major retail prospects with Too Good To Go’s new product solutions
- Focus on showcasing the value and impact of Too Good To Go’s new product solutions, driving awareness, consideration, and adoption.
- Partner closely with Commercial, Product, and Partner Marketing teams to align messaging, address partner pain points, and demonstrate clear Product ROI.
- Channel Marketing: Establish and activate strategic alliances with credible third-party hard- and software partners, to promote and sell Too Good To Go products and services.
- Lead joint initiatives, including participation in industry events and trade fairs, to enhance brand visibility and drive partner engagement.
- Team Development: Provide strategic guidance, hands-on management, and dedicated support to foster the growth, engagement, and high performance of your team members.
- Lead a team of five Senior Managers and Managers, while also mentoring and empowering a wider network of over 20 international Partner Marketers.
- Play an active and influential role within the Global Marketing Leadership Team, contributing to the creation of Too Good To Go’s overarching marketing strategy.
You Meet The Following Requirements
- Fluent, native-level (or Bilingual) English Speaker
- Extensive Partner Marketing Leadership Experience. A proven track record of shaping and leading Partner Marketing strategies for major FMCG and Retail accounts. Skilled in driving partner acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through impactful B2B and B2B2C initiatives, including B2B Product and Channel Marketing.
- Strategic and Commercial Acumen. Strong business mindset with experience collaborating closely with Commercial, Product, and Marketing teams to align strategies and deliver measurable results.
- Proactive, Strategic Self-Starter. Comfortable leading complex, high-impact initiatives independently. Brings a strategic perspective and takes ownership to drive global and local outcomes.
- Outstanding Organisational and Project Management Skills. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritise effectively, and deliver on time in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Innovative Thinker with a Focus on Impact. Brings fresh ideas and identifies trends and opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and impact across global and local Partner Marketing.
- Team Leadership and Development. Experience managing and developing high-performing teams, including Senior Managers. Experience providing mentorship and support to international teams.
