We’re looking for an exceptional Social Media Specialist for North America to join the integrated Marketing team at Too Good To Go! 

Your mission:

As a Social Media Specialist you will be part of our international, collaborative, multidisciplinary Marketing community, focusing on the North American market. You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day execution across organic social, content creation, community management and brand ambassador engagement. We are looking for a digital native who understands the power of storytelling, thrives on insights, and builds authentic connections between brands and communities.

Your Role: 

Reporting to the B2C Marketing Lead, North America, you will:

Social Media Management 

  • Own the North American social media calendar: plan, write copy, and publish local posts across platforms
  • Localize global content and campaigns for US and Canadian audiences

Community Engagement & Social Listening

  • Manage DMs, post and ad comments (IG & FB), ensuring timely and authentic brand interaction
  • Monitor and report on online conversations (FB Groups, Reddit, UGC, trends)

Content Creation & Campaign Support

  • Develop short-form content (copy, visuals, and basic video edits) for social campaigns, co-branded activations, and local moments
  • Support paid UA campaigns with local creative (shoot/edit as needed)

Ambassador Program & Influencer Management

  • Launch and manage a North American brand ambassador program
  • Source and coordinate creators and brand users aligned with our values
  • Track impact and integrate high-performing UGC into content strategy

Data analysis and reporting

  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign and content performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights in weekly and monthly reports to key stakeholders. 

Local Adaptation & Market Relevance 

  • Translate and transcreate social, marketing and CRM assets from EN to FR (Canada)
  • Support localization of various global and regional assets, as required 

What you will bring (Requirements): 

  • Hands-on experience managing social media and/or digital marketing (brand or agency)
  • Experience with managing influencer campaigns and outreach in North America
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French (written and spoken – required)
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with social-first creative mindset
  • Familiarity with social platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube), scheduling, basic content editing and reporting tools. 
  • A passion for building authentic, two-way relations between brands and people 
  • Data-driven mindset and experience with reporting and insights
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • A desire to help make a positive impact on our planet and society

The Salary band for this role is 55k-60k CAD per annum
