We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Digital Business Operations team.
This role will support the company's diverse IT requirements, including managing the ticketing system, setting up new users, handling service desk calls, providing first-line support for ERP-related issues, and performing other technical duties..

Key Responsibilities
-
Deliver first-line technical assistance for internal customers via phone, email, and instant messaging, resolving tier-one software issues as needed.

Provide initial end-user guidance for ERP (Dynamics 365), addressing inquiries and troubleshooting problems.

Manage end-user hardware/software (Mac, Windows, Linux), including configuration and resolution of issues for laptops and mobile devices.

Execute new user setup, encompassing hardware, software, operating systems, account management, and configuration of corporate and test environments. (inTune)

Administer Active Directory / Microsoft Entra-ID, Mimecast, Exchange Online, Zoom Rooms etc.

Conduct asset management for IT equipment and inventory.

Streamline user onboarding and offboarding procesess

Develop and maintain documentation for supported systems, tailored for various audiences, including end users.

Collaborate closely with the global team to ensure seamless operational coverage.

Complete daily tasks and projects punctually, with a focus on quality and meticulous attention to detail.
Skills
-
Minimum 3 years of experience working with and troubleshooting PCs, Windows Laptops, Macbooks, Linux.

A bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, Entra-ID and Exchange Online management.

Knowledge of endpoint security solutions, email filtering tools and backup procedures.

Understanding of networking concepts.

Familiarity with a scripting languages (Python, Powershell)

Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Efficient work tracking, documenting and management skills (Jira, Confluence)
-
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-
Ability to lift items up to 20kg (required for handling PC and server hardware).
