What You'll Do:
Employer Branding & People Operations
- Develop and execute strategies that reflect our culture, values, and business goals, ensuring we are recognized as a top employer in the market.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the candidate experience journey, from initial engagement through to onboarding, to ensure a seamless and positive experience reflective of our employer brand.
- Help the recruitment team build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates and nurture relationships for future hiring needs through active employer branding initiatives.
- By working closely with HR, Recruiting, and Marketing teams, you will need to generate captivating content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, email, videos, and employee testimonials, to showcase our employer brand story.
- Manage our Wechat official account, Maimai corporate account, and careers website where external talent would learn about our company.
- Identify relevant industry awards to enhance the Tubi China team’s talent market positioning and overall brand credibility.
- Track and analyze key metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives, reporting insights to stakeholders.
- Assist with tech recruitment by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining a strong tech talent pipeline.
HR Initiatives
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, resolving concerns with care and confidentiality.
- Improve HR processes to optimize onboarding, offboarding, and employee life cycle management.
- Help implement and communicate HR policies to ensure clarity and compliance across the team.
- Maintain organized employee files and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Manage employee benefits programs, such as commercial medical insurance, EAP, and personal development initiatives, to support Tubi's talent growth.
Your Background:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, employer branding, and/or recruitment marketing.
- Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, and the ability to communicate clearly and consistently are essential for this role's success. English communication fluency and writing proficiency are a must.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, procedures, and HR issues. Sensitive to language and cultural differences.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and techniques for sourcing passive tech candidates.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, eager to take on new challenges and opportunities.
- Experience in tracking and measuring the impact of HR and branding initiatives through relevant KPIs.
- Prior experience in a rapidly growing global tech company is a plus.
