About the Role:
Tubi is looking for a motivated and strategic Senior Media Strategist to join our growing Media Strategy pre-sales team. In this role, you’ll serve as a key partner to Sales, B2B Marketing, Account Management, Research, and other cross-functional teams to develop innovative and insight-driven advertising opportunities for both existing and prospective clients. You’ll lead the end-to-end development of client RFP responses - delivering pricing, inventory forecasts, audience research, targeting recommendations, and creative media solutions that reflect Tubi’s position as the leader in ad-supported streaming.
This is a hybrid role based in our NYC office with the expectation of 3 days a week (minimum) in the office.
What You'll Do:
- Take ownership of pre-sales strategy and planning, and development of client RFP responses, serving as the main point of contact for pre-sale needs and a liaison across internal teams (Sales, B2B Marketing and Research)
- Serve as a strategic partner to Account Executives on their assigned book of business. Support sales in preparation for client meetings, presentations, and events.
- Attend client meetings alongside Sales, being able to clearly speak to Tubi’s offerings, capabilities, and value proposition in the streaming marketplace
- Champion a client-first approach by delivering best-in-class service tailored to individual client needs, ensuring satisfaction and trust through white-glove support
- Become a subject matter expert in Tubi’s suite of advanced ad product offerings, and utilize offerings to develop robust, comprehensive media plans that meet an advertiser's brand goals and objectives
- Conduct research on Tubi's audience and data using both internal and external tools, analyzing Tubi’s audience behavior and platform performance, then using research to craft strategic, insight-led stories that clearly articulate Tubi’s audience differentiators to support advertiser planning
- Provide guidance to junior team members, including Media Planning Specialists, delegating work appropriately based on skill and workload, and be able to deliver constructive, actionable feedback to support professional development and ensure high-quality execution
- Own strategic pricing and positioning projects for key sales verticals
Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, CTV/OTT experience is a plus
- 3+ years of media planning and/or sales experience in a related field or company, with a thorough grasp of both digital and linear video landscapes
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
