Senior Manager, Media Strategy

About the Role:
As a Senior Manager, Media Strategy, you’ll plan and operationalize our marketing team’s vision by identifying and capitalizing on key opportunities. You’ll help build and develop the Tubi brand, creating brand playbooks for use across the broader team. You’ll be KPI focused and able to translate key brand scores into direct business-oriented outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Independently manage marketing campaigns across social channels, including Meta, Snap, Tiktok, and Google properties
- Validate the impact of brand metrics to business driving outcomes in coordination with marketing analytics and data science teams
- Help develop brand guidelines for paid media by creating a brand creative playbook of for execution across initiatives
- Build creative strategies to best represent the Tubi brand- create compelling content and design strategies to run viral campaigns
- Define personas to find ideal customer profiles and implement strategies to activate against these audiences
- Use AI tools to automate workflows to increase operational efficiency
- Communicate cross functionally to align teams on planning, goaling, and execution of key initiatives
- Define and ideate on a multitude of creative concepts, including working directly with Influencers
- Support international expansion efforts by building scalable and repeatable marketing plans that can easily extend
- Manage App Store Optimization frameworks on Apple and Google, including test design and measurement
- Manage AdOps workflows to ensure proper account setups and delivery
- Provide detailed insights into partner performance and make recommendations on next steps
- Work collaboratively with performance teams to align efforts and results
Your Background:
- Positive, inquisitive, attitude with a strong desire to learn
- 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing
- Deep knowledge of brand metrics including around awareness + consideration
- 3+ years direct hands on keyboard media buying experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or DSP product
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including use of JIRA or Shortcut
- Ability to make business cases and effectively communicate them via MS or Google Office
- Working well with ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally, managing priorities and expectations with business partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Econ, Finance, or equivalent

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
