Opportunity 

Join us in one of our most critical member-facing roles, where the Enrollment Nurse is responsible for facilitating the enrollment process of new members into Twin programs. This role requires a blend of clinical knowledge, patient engagement skills, and administrative capabilities to ensure members receive an excellent on-boarding experience into Twin Health. You are one of the first caring faces our members will meet! As an RN at Twin you make a difference in people's lives every day by assisting them in understanding program benefits and facilitating the enrollment process by reviewing necessary and clinical information with members seeking to prevent and reverse chronic metabolic diseases and improve their overall health. 

This job is a great fit for you if you have expertise with building rapport quickly with members, are highly motivated, energetic, and focused on ensuring a full star member experience. You have demonstrated the ability to provide a compassionate approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You are also comfortable leveraging new technologies to document and coordinate with a care team. This means you are also proficient in using electronic health records. You enjoy conducting virtual care visits with an engaging video presence, working independently and as part of a coordinated team.

This is an exciting role for a Registered Nurse with a sales, patient engagement, navigation or program enrollment background. Join us to use your finely-tuned skills in getting new members excited about improving their health, and supporting a dynamic enrollment team. Other skill set considerations include ability to work efficiently and with competing priorities, comfort with technology and video software, as well as employing strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accurate documentation. 

This role will report to a nurse manager and work within a team structure. A successful candidate for this role is engaging and energetic with empathy and appreciation of details. You are excited to jump into a day with routine and scheduled virtual visits, but also a bit different than the day before because of the new members you will meet. 

Responsibilities

  • Conducts daily, virtual new member visits and effectively engages members about Twin Health  
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills with passion and empathy while also documenting with accuracy and detail
  • Maintains knowledge and expertise in the areas of eligibility requirements, enrollment process, and specifications for Twin Health programs
  • Collaborates closely with team colleagues including medical assistants, enrollment advisors, nurses, health coaches, providers, and operations teams to support a seamless experience for members
  • Acts as a liaison as needed between intake, enrollment and conditioning care teams (RN roles)
  • Supports member retention strategies by engaging members through the on-boarding process 
  • Prioritizes and manages daily visit schedule and assigned tasks
  • Follows training and protocols
  • Participates in audits as needed to ensure high quality member experience and service
  • Engages the nursing philosophy to capture a holistic picture of the member’s clinical status from Intake to ongoing care management
  • Provides timely responses and feedback to care team regarding on-boarding member experience
  • Organizes accurate records and maintains confidentiality according to federal law and Twin policies  
  • Generates and analyzes reports as needed for management, identifying trends, anomalies and areas of concerns
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications 

  • Currently active and unencumbered RN license within the state in which patient care is occurring, compact state license preferred
  • Minimum 3-4 years of nursing experience in various healthcare systems or programs
  • Experience or background preferred in one or more of the following areas: Medical sales, program enrollment, call center, outreach/eligibility intake, territory accounts, liaison/navigation  
  • Required, BSN from accredited school of nursing 
  • Skilled in communications, organization and documentation
  • Comfort and enthusiasm for adopting the latest technologies and integrating data 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient with simultaneously navigating the internet and multi-tasking with multiple electronic documentation systems and business tools (Google, Slack, etc.)
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change
  • Experience in a high-growth, or other quickly changing environment
  • Professional telephone and video skills 
  • Self-motivated and results-focused 
  • Client service excellence
  • Quick learner who integrates new knowledge
  • Organized and detail-oriented 
  • Ability to handle competing demands with diplomacy and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical infrastructure and hierarchies

Compensation and Benefits  

The compensation range for this position is $80,000-$85,000 annually.
