Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand communication strategies for digital and offline marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling creative assets, including social media content, banners, posters, and print materials.
- Manage social media handles, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement across all platforms.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital ads, and offline activations.
- Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners for creative and marketing needs.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and trends, providing insights for brand growth.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with the brand’s identity and goals.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, making recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of both digital and offline marketing channels.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and solutions.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms and tools.
