
Security Operations Manager

Two Six Technologies is growing and we are looking for an Industrial Security Manager to join our security team. You will be a key contributor to the security team and will be responsible for managing multiple cage codes and providing back up support to our SAP and SCI programs.
The position works from our Arlington, VA headquarters which is above the Ballston Metro station.
What you will do:
· Be responsible for ensuring personnel security records are accurate and clearances are maintained.
· Assist with indoc’s and debriefings of staff
· Initiate clearance processing and respond to staff requests via JIRA
· Assist with the development and distribution of security education training and monthly security education bulletins
· Follow the 32 CFAR part 117 NISPOM rule and other government regulations, to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures
· Conduct annual self-inspections and prepare for successful security inspections and audits by DCSA
· Issue DD-254s and sub-contracts, prepare visit authorization letters (VALs), and coordinate with customer security representatives to process security clearance requirements
· Maintain document control to include classified storage, classified mail and handling, and audits of documents
· Facilitate classified meetings, ensuring VARs have been received and conference rooms are prepped for meetings. Send VARs as need for classified meetings outside the facilities
· Assist with foreign travel briefings, ensuring staff are reporting and country briefings are provided as required. Submit foreign travel to Government.
· Maintain the security operations Intranet portal, updating content and creating monthly security education updates
· Interface directly with program management to address security items specific to each program/contract
Conduct random inspections and monthly facility checks
What you will need:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent additional experience
· 3+ years of related Industrial/facility security experience
· Active Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI
· Solid knowledge of 32 CFAR part 117 NISPOM rule
· Solid experience using e-QIP, NISS and DISS
