Senior Revenue Enablement Programs & Architecture Lead
About the Role
The Senior Revenue Enablement Programs & Architecture Lead is responsible for designing and scaling structured enablement programs aligned to commercial strategy. This role builds the onboarding, methodology, and launch enablement system that accelerates rep productivity.
This role owns program architecture and light governance — not frontline coaching.
What the Candidate Will Do
Program Architecture
- Design and maintain structured onboarding for TM and SaaS sellers.
- Build certification pathways for sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC).
- Develop enablement frameworks for product launches and GTM shifts.
- Create modular, role-based learning pathways.
Instructional Design
- Apply adult learning principles to design scalable training experiences.
- Develop structured learning assets within LMS and Salesforce environments.
- Ensure learning continuity and content standardization.
Governance & Measurement (Embedded Ops)
- Maintain quarterly enablement roadmap.
- Own intake process and prioritization tracking.
- Define and track impact metrics (ramp time, adoption, productivity).
- Partner with RevOps to measure revenue impact.
Basic Qualifications
- 5–8 years in B2B sales enablement or commercial training.
- Strong instructional design and curriculum architecture experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and sales performance systems.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of SaaS and/or Transportation Management (TM) sales cycles and/or complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Experience in logistics, transportation technology, or enterprise SaaS selling.
- Background in performance coaching, leadership development, or commercial operations.
- Ability to quickly diagnose talent gaps, deal risk, and opportunity strategy.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence through insights and storytelling.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, growth-stage environment.

Illinois: The target salary for this position is $126,750- $149,600
New York: The target salary for this position is $134,000-$164,550
California: The target salary for this position is $147,00-$179,500
