VP of Global OEM Sales, Hybrid
Overview
Ventiva is looking for a proven global relationship-builder and strategic operator to join as VP of Global OEM Sales. This is a critical leadership role for an experienced commercial executive who thrives at the intersection of customer strategy, cross-functional execution, and long-term enterprise growth.
In this position, you’ll lead the expansion of Ventiva’s global presence with top-tier OEM and ODM customers—leveraging your ability to scale strategic partnerships, penetrate new markets, and orchestrate complex revenue programs across matrixed environments.
You’ll work closely with product line management, engineering, and regional sales teams to develop integrated customer solutions. You’ll also be responsible for building and mentoring a global team of account directors and technical sales specialists—ensuring consistent, high-impact customer engagement across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the executive leader for Ventiva’s global OEM/ODM customer base, driving growth with companies like Dell, Compal, and others.
- Build, expand, and deepen strategic customer relationships at the C-level across product, business, and technical functions.
- Lead a global go-to-market strategy aligned to OEM design cycles, joint development opportunities, and category expansion.
- Collaborate across matrixed functions (PLM, engineering, regional field teams) to develop and deliver tailored customer solutions.
- Recruit and lead a high-performing, globally distributed team of account directors and technical sales experts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers while also acting as the internal advocate for their long-term success.
- Develop and implement pipeline, forecast, and account planning systems to support scalable growth.
- Structure and lead complex commercial negotiations—balancing partnership development with executional clarity.
Ideal Candidate Will Bring
- 15+ years of experience in OEM/ODM enterprise sales and strategic business development, preferably in semiconductor, systems, or component markets.
- A track record of generating incremental revenue through customer-led growth and new business development.
- Experience leading strategic accounts through full lifecycles: penetration, growth, retention, and solution evolution.
- Success working in global matrixed organizations, collaborating across regions and functions to deliver unified customer outcomes.
- Deep experience with complex contract negotiations, executive alignment, and multi-region deal structures.
- Strong leadership capability—able to build and coach culturally diverse teams around a unified customer strategy.
- Executive presence, commercial intuition, and a passion for solving problems across technical and business domains.
