Operations Program Manager
Who We Are
The Operations Program Manager will lead and actively participate in key, high-impact projects aimed at building a world-class supply chain that is responsive, customer-centric, and focused on maximizing cash flow. This role involves setting detailed project plans and diving into execution, working closely with departments like Hardware Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Support. Key projects will / could include rearchitecting the warranty returns and failure analysis processes, implementing software solutions for operational scalability, evaluating potential new manufacturing locations, etc.
Responsibilities
- Project Execution and Leadership: Lead and participate in hands-on projects, such as:
- Redesigning the warranty returns and failure analysis process to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Identifying, recommending, and implementing software solutions to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
- Evaluating new manufacturing locations, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and collaborating with internal stakeholders on risk assessment, etc.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across Hardware Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Support to ensure project goals are aligned and execution is thorough.
- Hands-on Execution: Develop detailed project plans and directly engage in project tasks to ensure successful implementation and outcomes.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data-driven analysis to guide project decisions and track progress, reporting on financial impacts and operational improvements.
- Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers as necessary to align on project goals, quality standards, and timelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA from top ranked university preferred.
- Experience: 4+ years in supply chain, operations, or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects. Consulting experience is a plus.
- Skills:
- Multiple examples of presenting and getting buy in by C-suite for strategic initiatives including follow up discussion with concrete results.
- Strong project management, communication and execution skills, with a focus on hands-on involvement.
- Experience in business software such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, BlueYonder etc.
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Looker, or other data analysis and reporting tools are a plus, but not required.
Pay Disclosure

With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. This estimate is also just one component of Verkada’s total rewards package. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
Estimated Annual Pay Range
$140,000 - $170,000 USD
