Vonage in Poland has been growing significantly for the last 2 years. The office in Wroclaw became a Center of Excellence and plays a key role in the global Vonage landscape.  We are seeking an experienced operations specialist to improve local site operations. This person will work closely with Vonage Poland Site Director. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Site Management:

    • Close collaboration with local stakeholders incl. Facilities, HR, IT, Payroll
    • Representing Site Director with external institutions and government agencies
    • Coordinating Site activities and small projects

 

  • Vendor Management:

    • Coordinating operational tasks with strategic IT suppliers in Poland
    • Reviewing budgets, timesheets, creating POs, SOWs
    • Supporting onboarding process

 

  • Process Optimization:

    • Setting standards for site operations and vendor management
    • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance productivity.
    • Assist in the design and implementation of scalable and repeatable operational processes across the organization.

 

Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English (B2+ level), with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work without close supervision
  • Continues improvement mindset 

 

 Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in operations, preferably within a large or corporate organisation
  • Experience in process optimization
  • Experience with reporting, metrics analysis, and presenting to executive leadership.
  • Experience with creating and/or maintaining POs, SOWs
  • (plus) Experience in site operations of Polish legal entity


Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
