In collaboration with our parent company, TELUS Digital, we’ve launched Fuel iX, an enterprise-grade AI engine designed to help companies upgrade their generative AI (GenAI) pilots to production scale, deploy customized solutions faster, and effectively manage the technology responsibly.

Location & Flexibility

Thisrole will have the option to be in a Work From Near (Hybrid) capacity based out of one of the following offices: Charlottesville, VA, Durham, NC, Columbus, OH, or Boston, MA. 

Travel (up to 10%) may be required on an ad hoc basis.

The Opportunity

As a Content Marketing Manager at Fuel iX, you'll develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy supporting the customer journey and reinforcing our product positioning and messaging. You’ll support the creation, curation, and distribution of high-quality thought leadership, product, and technical content across channels, engaging enterprise decision-makers and technical leaders at every step of their journey. Your role is crucial in driving brand awareness and growth, positioning Fuel iX as the leading platform for Generative AI-fueled intelligent experiences.

Responsibilities

This role offers a balance between content strategy, creation, and distribution, with support from our growth marketing and product marketing teams. You'll have the opportunity to shape the technical content direction for multiple products within the Fuel iX platform, driving our position as a leader in the generative AI and intelligent experiences space. This role requires strong technical writing and content creation skills. 

Content Strategy and Planning

  • Craft memorable stories and implement a content strategy showcasing Fuel iX's brand, thought leadership, and product offerings
  • Execute a full-funnel content marketing plan aligned to the customer journey
  • Support our "Always On" learning content calendar tailored for enterprise
  • Create diverse content assets to support integrated campaigns and sales enablement, e.g., articles, eBooks, research papers, videos, infographics, slides, podcasts, webinars

Content Creation and Curation

  • Create and manage written content (including social media, web, and ad copy)
  • Work closely with SMEs to ensure the relevancy and accuracy of content
  • Support video content creation and atomization - working closely with experts
  • Optimize and repurpose content to maximize impact across channels

Content Management and Distribution

  • Maintain the editorial calendar
  • Support growth marketing with content for integrated campaigns
  • Analyze content performance to optimize strategies and align with business objectives

Collaboration and Performance Metrics:

  • Align content strategies with business objectives
  • Optimize content process, priorities, quality, and time-to-market
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI, focusing on:
    • Traffic growth, engagement, and conversions
    • Lead quality and sales pipeline influence
    • SEO performance

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in content marketing with experience in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software
  • Firm understanding of complex technical concepts in the generative AI field
  • Experience growing organic social media presence and cross-channel promotion
  • Excellent writing and editing skills across formats and audiences
  • Skilled at AI-generated content creation and marketing
  • Proven track record in multi-channel copywriting (samples required)
  • Experience driving the strategy for video content creation and distribution
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques

$96,000 - $120,000 USD
