Are you ready to join us for a journey instead of a job? You will be joining a highly successful UK team as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive and will need to hit the ground running:
● Full ownership of the sales cycle from lead to close.
● Proactively build your target prospect list by qualifying and developing a sales pipeline, and develop a sales strategy in your assigned territory.
● Building strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities.
● Pipeline management, sales process management including effective forecasting and opportunity closure.
● Tailoring our Backbase value proposition to prospects based on in-depth research of specific business conditions and drivers and conducting initial product demonstrations.
● Participate in our sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, advanced sales training, and leadership and development programs.
● Work closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction. Working closely with our Field Marketing team to conduct seminars, trade shows and other marketing related events.

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- Fluent English, other languages are a plus.
- A solid track record of 10+ years in a relevant quota-carrying role within enterprise software sales with a focus on new business.
- Demonstrable experience in Sales roles within the Financial Services Sector, preferably fintech and banking.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding set sales targets: a “hunter and closer”.
- Ability to develop strong relationships quickly and to communicate effectively at all levels of prospect organisations including C-level and internally across the business.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
- Experience in leading and presenting to c-level executives.
- Availability to travel on a regular basis.
