Compensation and Benefit Information:
- Base Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000
- Potential for performance-based bonuses

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- People & Culture (40%)
- Lead HR initiatives that foster an inclusive, high-performance culture
- Partner with leadership on employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance coaching
- Design and manage employee recognition and onboarding programs
- Use clinician feedback and turnover data to inform culture and experience improvements
- Conduct exit interviews and develop actionable insights to reduce attrition
- HR Operations & Compliance (30%)
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with all labor laws
- Oversee the administration of compensation, leave, and benefits programs
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and confidential employee records
- Support HRIS system implementation and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Leadership & Strategy (30%)
- Act as a strategic advisor to Leadership on people-related needs
- Ensure high-quality, consistent delivery of HR services across the organization
- Lead HR process improvements to drive operational scale
- Use people analytics to inform decisions and measure impact
- Optimize compensation and benefits offerings to retain top talent
- Help build a vibrant, high-performance culture through thoughtful HR systems
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred
- Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems preferred
- Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
- Excellent analytical skills; able to turn HR metrics into actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience building great workplace cultures

Schedule and Location:
- While our administrative teams work primarily remotely, this role requires periodic in-person presence at one of our clinics. As such, candidates must reside within 25 miles of a Woven Care clinic.
- Our team typically works Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, though this is a salaried position, so the focus is on getting the work done vs tracking your hours!
