Join us as a Solution Designer with a focus on where the worlds of technical work management and visual collaboration content creation meet.
You will help our customers and prospects realize the impact of Wrike’s solutions. In this role, you'll use Wrike with Klaxoon (a Wrike company & Visual Collaboration Solution) to craft compelling templates, technical solutions, and demo content for multiple channels that visualize intricate business scenarios and can be used by both GTM teams and customers/prospects. To thrive here, you’ll need insatiable curiosity, a love of learning, storytelling finesse, and technical acumen.
More about Your team
- Wrike’s Solution Innovation team is a key strategic stakeholder in Wrike’s vertical and horizontal GTM strategy, and the team owns the solution creation and business value articulation across an ever increasing number of workflow solutions. You will report to the Manager of Solution Innovation for day-to-day work.
How we work?
- Utilize Wrike and Klaxoon (with other design tools, from time to time) to create content with an emphasis on technical design and visual collaboration.
- Engage closely with stakeholders in an agile approach, participating in daily standups and planning meetings to sync on priorities and progress.
- Operate in a hybrid work mode, ensuring flexibility and collaboration across global teams.
How You’ll make an impact
- By using Wrike and Klaxoon to design and iterate on in-product templates, technical solutions, and demo content that address specific industry needs.
- Provide technical and visual solutions that enhance customer experience with newly released Wrike and Klaxoon functionalities.
- By aligning Wrike and Klaxoon demo stories with use cases to tell a consistent story.
- By resolving help requests for Wrike and Klaxoon platforms from GTM teams.
- By engaging with internal stakeholders and customers to gather feedback, refine content, and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
- By working autonomously to generate creative solutions benefiting our broader Sales and Success teams, increasing scalability and reusability in our content strategy.
- By partnering with product teams to share feedback and support customer-facing scenarios.

- Visual design skills with a focus on technical design to create beautiful and impactful templates, solutions, and prospect experiences across Klaxoon / Wrike demo content.
- Aspire to technically master the Klaxoon and Wrike platforms in order to provide subject matter expertise to GTM teams and customers/prospects.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting technical information with clarity and engagement.
- A desire to operate in a fast-paced environment with a combination of pre-planned and ad-hoc activities.
- An empathetic and proactive approach to understanding customer challenges and converting technical features into value-driven stories.
- A detail-oriented nature with exceptional organization and project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects.
- A strong team-player ethos with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups, coupled with self-starting and ownership skills.
You will stand out with
- Experience with Wrike or other Project/Work Management platforms.
- Experience (portfolio examples welcome) within visual design / collaboration tools such as Klaxoon, Miro, Mural, Lucidcharts, Figma - including a portfolio of work(s) to share.
- A proven track record of creating impactful content (templates / solutions / demos) that align with business and customer needs in the technology sector.
- Historical experience within a Marketing, Professional Services, PMO, or Manufacturing organization.
- Systems Thinking mindset or experiences with standing up processes for how teams accomplish a job to be done
