Join us as a Product Content Creator and help our customers and prospects realize the impact of Wrike’s solutions. In this role, you'll craft compelling content for multiple channels that bridges the gap between technical functionality and business value. More about Your team

Wrike’s Solution Innovation team is a key strategic stakeholder in Wrike’s vertical and horizontal GTM strategy, and the team owns the content creation and business value articulation across an ever increasing number of workflow solutions. You will report to the Director of Solution Innovation with a dotted line into the Demo Engineering Team Lead for day-to-day work.

  • Utilize Wrike (and other design tools, from time to time) to create content that demonstrates our value while reflecting best practices.
  • Engage closely with stakeholders in an agile-light approach, participating in standups and planning meetings to sync on priorities and progress.
  • Operate in a hybrid work mode, ensuring flexibility and collaboration across global teams.

How You’ll make an impact 

  • By crafting compelling Wrike product demonstrations that visualize intricate business scenarios and user stories.
  • By designing and iterating on in-product templates that address specific industry needs and enhance customer experience with newly released Wrike functionalities.
  • By aligning demo and use case template content to tell a consistent story.
  • By resolving Demo account help requests 
  • By engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback, refine content, and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
  • By working autonomously to generate creative solutions benefiting our broader Sales and Success teams, increasing scalability and reusability in our content strategy.
  • By partnering with product teams to share feedback and support customer-facing scenarios.

You will achieve your best if you have

  • A strong team-player ethos with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups, coupled with self-starting and ownership skills.
  • A Bachelor’s degree plus 2-4 years of relevant experience in a sales, sales engineering, customer success, or marketing role within a SaaS environment OR a project management role in Marketing,
    Professional Services, Product Manufacturing, IT, Software Development, Construction, or another similar industry.

  • Demonstrated experience using design thinking principles to solve complex problems.
  • A proven track record of creating impactful content and templates that align with business and customer needs in the technology sector.
