Ready to become a Wriker?

As a Sales Director focused on the French Market, you will lead efforts to drive bookings growth and reduce churn, contributing to an accelerated increase in our NET ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue). Reporting directly to the General Manager in charge of International, you will directly manage a team of Account Managers supported by Customer Success Managers, Pre-sales, Consulting, Marketing, and Operations Teams. 

This role is highly customer-focused, with over 50% of your time dedicated to engaging with clients and prospects. You will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy for Wrike solutions (incl Klaxoon which has been owned by Wrike since January 2025) in the French market with a focus on Commercial and Enterprise customers, driving growth within existing accounts, and accelerating new customer acquisition.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Market Strategy Development

  • Define and implement the go-to-market strategy for France, aligning Wrike’s focus on Core Business Workflows with local market needs and opportunities.
    • Identify priority verticals and key use cases to drive targeted sales efforts.
    • Develop a scalable partner strategy to complement direct sales motions.

Pipeline Generation

  • Establish a consistent and structured pipeline generation approach to fuel sustainable growth.
  • Develop and execute a strong contact identification strategy aligned with the French market strategy.
  • Focus on expanding existing customer relationships and identifying new subsidiaries within the installed base.
  • Accelerate new customer acquisition by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in key industry sectors.

Account Expansion

  • Introduce new services and solutions that align with customer objectives and Wrike’s & Klaxoon’s offerings.
  • Drive revenue growth within existing accounts through strategic cross-selling and upselling.

Customer Retention & Adoption

  • Ensure strong adoption of Wrike’s platform within customer organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to deliver measurable value and enhance customer satisfaction.

 

What we're looking for:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales leader with a strong understanding of the French market in the Commercial and Enterprise segments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully developing and expanding a business in the region, driving new customer acquisition, and accelerating growth within existing accounts.

  • Extensive experience in the French market with a deep understanding of its business landscape, key industry sectors, and decision-making dynamics.
  • Proven success in scaling and expanding a SAAS business, with a strong ability to establish market presence and drive sustained revenue growth.
  • Strong expertise in Commercial and Enterprise sales, including experience navigating complex sales cycles, influencing senior decision-makers, and managing large-scale accounts.
  • Track record of building and executing go-to-market strategies, including pipeline development, strategic partnerships, and direct/indirect sales motions.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment, demonstrating adaptability, strategic thinking, and execution excellence.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage analytics and key sales metrics to drive informed decision-making and optimize performance.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver on forecasts, ensuring predictability and consistency in sales performance.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and drive alignment across sales, customer success, and marketing.
  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills in both languages.

This position is ideal for a strategic and hands-on leader who can drive both customer acquisition and expansion, align regional initiatives with Wrike’s business objectives, and build sustainable, long-term success in the French market.
