Your mission is to help build a general AI platform necessary for developing AI features across all company teams. This platform aims to drive scalability and innovation, transforming how our product enhances work management.

How you'll make an impact

  • Product Development: Lead the discovery, validation and implementation of groundbreaking AI features, especially in the realm of Generative AI, ensuring they align with customer needs and the overall business objectives.
  • Platform Design: Develop and refine a robust AI platform that serves as the foundational architecture for AI initiatives across the organization, enabling other teams to build on it efficiently.
  • Innovation & Experimentation: Foster a culture of experimentation, rapidly prototyping, and iterating based on user feedback and market trends to refine AI solutions.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate technical capabilities into user-friendly features that provide substantial user and business value.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, leveraging your technical expertise to explain complex AI concepts and ensure buy-in for new initiatives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research to keep abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies, using insights to inform and guide product strategy.

 

You will achieve your best if you have

  • Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years in Product Management in a commercial software environment, with a proven track record in developing AI-driven products or features, particularly leveraging ML and Generative AI.
  • Product Discovery: You are experienced in conducting market research and user interviews to identify customer needs and pain points. You are also experienced in testing and validating potential solutions with real users to ensure that they effectively address the identified needs.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong technical skills, ideally with experience in RAG, vector databases, and embeddings. You should be competent enough to engage deeply with engineering teams.
  • Practical AI Experience: Hands-on experience with AI technologies, involved in the full lifecycle from ideation through launch, or optimization of existing AI products/platforms.
  • Educational Background: Technical education or significant recent studies relating to AI or complex platform development.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with many partners across different parts of the organization.
  • Excellent English language skills.
