Your mission?

This role is a key leadership position within product management, responsible for driving our data strategy, in a unified experience across the platform. The role will also be pivotal in designing and implementing effective team processes, ensuring alignment, scalability, and the achievement of our strategic goals.

What are the responsibilities for this role?

  • Lead all products focused on sharing data and insights with customers, ensuring a consistent and unified experience across the platform.
  • Define and drive the strategy to make data a key differentiator for Yalo’s success, with an emphasis on accelerating the growth of existing accounts through better proof of value.
  • As a product management leader, establish and implement processes to help the team scale efficiently, with a strong focus on reporting KPIs and delivering measurable value.

What are the requirements?

  • Experience in Product Management: At least 5 years of experience building and launching successful products in a technology company, with a proven track record of delivering value to customers.
  • Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring product teams, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
  • Technical Experience: Familiarity with tools and technologies related to data products, analytics, and reporting. Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Data Expertise: Deep understanding of data-driven products and strategies, including how to leverage data to differentiate and drive business outcomes.
  • Process Optimization: Experience setting up scalable processes for product development, team collaboration, and KPI tracking to ensure measurable impact.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • BONUS: having built products related to AI, even if only side-projects.

Tools and Language Skills:

  • Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
  • Strong command of office software, including spreadsheet, presentation, and word processing tools.
  • English fluency required. Spanish or Portuguese should-have.

Soft Skills 

  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute a clear, coherent product strategy in line with business goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively to a variety of stakeholder.
