Product Analyst II - Data Administration

WHO YOU ARE:

You'll be working within an insurance distribution management team with business analysts, product managers, software developers and quality assurance professionals to maintain client data. Use internal applications to manage client-specific data.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Working within an insurance distribution management team with business analysts, product managers, software developers and quality assurance professionals to maintain client data;
• Using internal tools to manage client-specific data within our software;
• Proofreading and commenting data-based changes;
• Reporting improvement requests to the software development team;
• Planning work within a project plan, with the support of the Scrum Master and Product Management team;
• Doing quality control of the output of the internal tools (i.e. functional testing)

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 2+ years of experience in configuration or data administration in a software platform;
• Acute attention to details and ability to focus on text-oriented tasks;
• Proven organizational skills, ability to prioritize and ability to multi-task assignments and various projects at once;
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Eagerness to collaborate with others to improve processes;
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• Experience in the North American insurance industry is a plus;
