Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Product Designer to join our team to help craft user-centered, enterprise-grade applications built on Microsoft technologies. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and users to design intuitive and accessible digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Your primary focus will be on designing applications that integrate seamlessly with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure, ensuring visual consistency, usability, and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead UX and UI design efforts from concept to final delivery for Microsoft-based products.

Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals and technical feasibility.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.

Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1, keyboard navigation, color contrast).

Work on data-rich enterprise interfaces and translate complex workflows into simple, elegant designs.

Advocate for the user throughout the development process and maintain a user-first mindset.
Required Qualifications:

3–7 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or interaction design.

Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process for enterprise or SaaS applications.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.

Experience working with or designing for Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Dynamics 365, or Azure-based products.

Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Blazor) is a plus but not required.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience designing for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) or Microsoft Dynamics.

Knowledge of Fluent Design System or other design systems.

Experience working with developers using Azure DevOps or GitHub workflows.

Understanding of enterprise IT constraints, including security and compliance considerations.
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $95,000 to $110,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
