Blueprint Technologies is looking for a PM Non-Tech 4 to join our growing team. 

In this role

You will be a key driver of daily operations and strategic programs for a major engineering and research site. Working closely with site leadership and cross-functional partners across human resources, finance, communications, and legal, you will help deliver initiatives that enhance employee experience, foster collaboration, and support business priorities. Your work will directly influence the culture and effectiveness of a fast-paced, innovative technical environment.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with site leadership to maintain the rhythm of business, driving execution of core priorities.

  • Lead and support cross-group strategic initiatives, developing plans, success metrics, and communication strategies.

  • Collaborate with communications teams to implement internal and external engagement programs that reinforce organizational values and community presence.

  • Work with HR, diversity and inclusion champions, and innovation groups to cultivate a positive, inclusive, and innovative culture.

  • Manage and track financial planning, budgeting, and expense reporting to support site operations.

  • Plan and execute meetings, events, offsites, and partnership activities, both internally and externally.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.

  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships across teams and departments.

  • Exercise sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion while working with employees at all levels.

  • Operate independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, even under deadline pressure.


Qualifications

  • 7-9 years of experience in program or business operations management, ideally within a technical or engineering environment.

  • Proven ability to partner effectively across groups and influence in a matrixed organization.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) or equivalent productivity software.

  • Demonstrated execution and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and expense management.

  • Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment under pressure.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting engineering or research organizations.

  • Background in managing programs that promote diversity, inclusion, and innovation.

  • Familiarity with internal communications strategies and community engagement.

  • Proven success driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $140,000 -150,000 per year. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
