eMASS Administrator

AGE Solutions is looking for an eMASS Administrator to join our team in support of an upcoming cybersecurity risk management and assessment program with our DoD customer.
In this role, you will serve as the eMASS accounts manager, responsible for the day-to-day administration of DISA’s eMASS instance operating on both the NIPRNet and SIPRNet. This includes account creation and access based on approved DD Form 2875, and response to customer inquiries with general (Tier I support) eMASS questions.
Individuals in this role must be available to work on-site at Ft. Meade, MD for the majority of the workweek.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist users with account setup, DD Form 2875, training links, profile edits, and general inquiries, responding within 48 hours.
- Coordinate updates to External Inheritance Relationships, Look-Up Tables, Organizational Maintenance, and eMASS email communications.
- Develop and maintain an eMASS Internal Administrator Process Guide, covering account approvals, permission management, ASI notifications, system expirations, and configuration changes. Review quarterly.
- Conduct monthly reviews of inactive accounts, providing reports to the Government lead for deactivation or removal.
- Develop and publish eMASS FAQs for the DISA eMASS community.
- Distribute Authorized Services Interruptions (ASI) notices to eMASS users via NIPRNet/SIPRNet and Outlook.
- Work with the Government Task Lead (GTL) to implement DISA-sponsored eMASS enhancements (typically three times a year).
- Administer Cloud eMASS and Cloud SIPRNet eMASS, managing account creation, access approvals, and Tier I support with a 24-hour response time.
- Handle POA&M reviews, documentation uploads, and package approvals for eMASS management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred)
- Five (5) years of overall experience in cybersecurity or network security position
- Three (3) years of experience in eMASS administration
- Have an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- DoD 8570 IAM/IA Technical (IAT) Level II certification
- Proficiency in eMASS account management, system maintenance, and security compliance tracking
- Strong understanding of IT security frameworks, RMF, and DoD cybersecurity policies
- Strong understanding of POA&M (Plan of Action & Milestones) documentation and compliance reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication for technical documentation and user support
Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000
